Dear Green Building Enthusiast,

Everybody talks Green ... but who really does it.

Thanks for being interested! I've always loved the idea of building
super efficient homes that fit in their environment. These days
whether you believe in global warming or not (I do) our country is
faced with fighting for more and more of a smaller and smaller piece of
the energy pie. Did you know the United States - with about 5% of the
world's population - uses about 25% of all the energy! And guess whose
energy requirements doubled from 10 to 20% of that pie? Chindia
(that's China & India). Think about that ... it's a phenomenal global
shift that will affect our lives dramatically.

Our buildings use almost half of all our energy!!! It doesn't take
Einstein to figure out it's time to make some changes. The USA is way
behind Germany, Japan and even China in our Green Building.

But it's not so easy! We can't even figure out how to stop using
incandescent bulbs much less make our homes Green !

Here's what's wrong:
* Our homes keep getting bigger and bigger and less efficient
* Construction is done in cheaper methods with shorter life spans
* Sloppier craftsmanship
* Wasteful material usage and poor recycling practices
* Not using Solar Systems like we should
* Wasting gallons of water unnecessarily

Here's what we need to do:
* Build homes that work for how we live
* Build Net Zero Homes - that require little or no non renewable
energy
* Install more Solar Systems
* Design for today - not 200 years ago!
* Remodel our existing homes to make them 50% more efficient

Here's why it never happens:
* Too complicated to figure out Green Building
* Costs too much! Not true!
* Too hard to build a house - no money and no time for the extra
stuff
* Don't care
* I'll pay the bills

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
